The Education Compass – Bildungskompass (BMB) – is a public platform designed to provide as comprehensive a picture as possible of Austria’s schools; it is continuously being expanded. Currently, it includes basic information such as the school’s address, contact information, and for elementary schools the number of students, the number of classes, the average class size, and certain performance data for German (reading) and mathematics.
